Did he mutter "**** Bitch" as his body cam recorded as the dead foot accelerated the vehicle away from him?  Is that not chilling to you in anyway?

I would say the same thing if I just got hit by a car.  Remember, she would be alive today if she did what most people I know would do when told by law enforcement to get out of the car.
