Those those time sequenced pics, published in WAPO, intentionally leave out the pic of him standing in front of the car to plant the seed of propaganda that he shot first from the side. That is why you diverted.

He placed himself in front of the vehicle AFTER driving around it.  She also moved the car forward before he got to it.
