ChongLy Thao, 56, a naturalized U.S. citizen who goes by the name Scott, was returned home later on Sunday without explanation or apology, he said.
Considering this, if ICE arrives at your residence, they are not required to possess a judicial search warrant. Instead, they utilize an administrative warrant. This action constitutes a breach of the Fourth Amendment.
Fourth Amendment: Safeguards against unreasonable searches and seizures, typically necessitating judicial warrants grounded in probable cause for entry into a home. Should anyone appear at my door lacking a judicial warrant and proceed to enter my home, they will receive the same reaction as any other intruder.
