I was 1 hour and 10 minutes and 270 callers away from a live agent, I selected to have them call me back. It worked out.. There may have been away that my severance benefit would not disqulaify me from unemployment. I have to file an appeal.. or maybe not. You need to be an IT specialist just to file and maintain a claim.
