This is why you are a waste of time.

"Burden" is the term used to describe any of the efforts demanded of those who must comply. This could be as trivial as walking across the street or as multi-dimensional as trying to do so from inside an iron lung. 

I don't  need to either list or justify them because they are already recognized as a matter of law with which you are only vaguely familiar. 

If you already understood the concept, I  wouldn't have needed to do squat.
 

 

It is ok, idiot.  When  you did specify it was noted that the burdens you speak of happen with everyone who gets an ID, Driver's License, etc.  And the burden for the FREE ID is less because there is no burden of payment for the individual getting it.

When I need my driver's license renewed I have to spend time, money and effort, just like anyone else.

And if it is such a burden there are ways to vote as I showed.  SO no, you have no case.
