But think about this.  If the burden suffered by those seeking a free ID is no different, and slightly less, than it is not an undue burden.  It is the same for everyone.  And most americans have an ID.

They can at least admit that their reasons for no voter ID is racist, since they are so blatant about it. Do poor disenfranchised minorities not have a bank that they use for their paychecks? Do none of them work at all? Banks require IDs. God they are stupid.
