I had a run in with a J00 as well back in 2021. I rememb3r whaT FOS said about them and I even had a sneaky conversation with his underling (underpaid employee who happened to be a black woman interestingly...)   

Basically the J00 was in trucking, long distance moving and his underling told me how they use this "trick" where they quote a certain price for the "cons00mer" and then make all sorts of adjustments quietly to snag another 5-10% per trip. They have a list of added BS expenses that most people don't bother checking because they're too busy or don't expect dishonesty from the mover. 

(It's the same reason I don't comb over my credit card statements - if I paid $28 for a restaurant meal including tip and they change it to $29.50 , I'm not digging thru a bunch of receipts to rectify the difference. It's a huge waste of time)

But the "skimminG" is about as Kosher as Coin Clipping...sadly ther3 is no "Genetic Modification" program to cure this defect...
