The voluntary reporting system on jobs is obviously flawed, no amount of statistical **** can correct it.

The BLS commisioner doesn't choose the methodology, which is constrained by available resources.
If you want 99% certainty and less error, it will be considerably more expensive.
And let's not be so quick to overlook that she was right.
