Beef hooves, also known as cow trotters, are rich in gelatin, which can promote skin health, strengthen bones and joints, and support digestive health. They are also believed to boost the immune system and improve brain function due to their nutrient content.
Wowza. They were so bland, I fioggered em for empty. I bought some at the store just because I figgered if people eat em, I'm people - gonna try it. Imade a broth. The only flavor it had was the other ingredients. But man it was thick enough for sure. And it conveyed the spices and herbs well.
