I get why some people don't pay their taxes in America.

There are loopholes around inheritance tax as I understand by creating a trust. What does the government do with that money? Well, they **** bomb people and other stupid ****. I am convinced that Americans won't benefit one **** dime from that 40%. It will go to some other country...like Israel.
Mrs won't allow us to do our own with holding. I do not want to pay up front for **** service.
