I can see the dilemna. If I owned property in multiple states, I would want to vote in every district I had interest in at State and Local Levels. I could have voted in CA and MD in 2016. I didn't. And I actuallly managed to vote on line via absentee ballot in Maryland.
Some of the forefathers actually wanted to make votes count via property ownership. I am glad we didn't do that. Alito and Thomas would declare Trump owns everything and he would be the one and only sole vote for every office in the land.
Bro in Law will not vote if he is incapable of doing so ( he is in hospice here at home, I work the night shift). I will get him an absentee ballot. I think our primary is in April. More dead people voted for Trump than Biden.
