There are things you BELIEVE and things you can PROVE IN A COURT OF LAW!!
The former isn't going to get a conviction. The latter is REQUIRED before you can bring a case forward. Witness "testimony" without CORROBORATING EVIDENCE to back it up is only another he said/she said case and convictions are iffy at best without the evidence.
