And those are the very reasons MANY are leaving CA and Manhattan. PERHAPS you need to read up on the FLIGHT FROM THOSE PLACES BY THOSE "evil rich" you hate so much. Hell, Hochul is BEGGING them to come back to NY STATE since their SOCIAL WELFARE PROGRAMS are running so far in the red, they'll NEVER be able to fund the MOOCHERS AND LOOTERS!!
