Whatever is being studied. The data. For example , @Blackvegetable  committed another survivorship bias here. I handed him his *** for it, because he is the dumbest man alive. 

The first thread was his. He carried on and on about how the data he provided showed that most illegals were not criminals. Cannon and I beat his *** with that ****. He ignored the immigrants who were already arrested and awaiting trial. He selected what he wanted while ignoring the other data in the same set. His graph only showed the immigrants who already were tried and convicted, but ignored the ones who were still in the pipeline to be tried.
