How many categories make up the entire population for the purposes of this investigation?

Stop **** hiding. If you have a stance, then get on with it. 

I don't care about your two lines. I care about the data that you ignored and are still ignoring. 

1. Continue to hide
2. Still won't provide the data that didn't "survive."
