So it's your idiotic belief that once a military target is destroyed, it can't ever be rebuilt?

Do you also trash your car when it gets a flat tire or do you immediately repair it?
Give away your house and abandon it when the toilet gets clogged or fix it?
If your fence gets destroyed in a hurricane, do you rebuilt it or vow never to have a fence again?
