How about a surgeon?

It takes immense physical capabilities to operate a scalpel. And depending on the operation standing on your feet for long periods of time.  (Chairs?)

But now they're robotic.

It takes a lot of strength to move people who can't move on their own..  Been there done that recently.  Even then, there are hoist mechanisms to help.
