Trumps frauds well exceed 126$ Billlion if you include all the participants.
How much of 1.5 Trillion for defense do you think is actualy going to go to defense?. How much fraud is there in a military that has not passed an audit in over a decade?
I say potentially because it is not proven, and you just saying there is is not proof.
