They follow, in sequence, from the facts.

Because you are both intellectually indolent AND stupid, you can never hope to reach Level 2.

The facts are at level 1. They build from there, but YOU do the building from the facts. You don't just pass the facts through each level without YOUR analysis, YOUR interpretation, and YOUR synthesis of them. 

Facts don't do that magically by themselves.
