Of course, people will claim the reason for poor student performance is due to lack of funding or lack of access to technology. People will come up with all sorts of stupid excuses, instead of an explanation. They are retarded. Plain and simple. You don't need funding to learn how to read and write nor figure out why 2 + 2 = 4.
They took away the analog clock. Some districts took away cursive, which was a huge mistake. Students type instead of hand write. Why? Because it's easier. They took away anything that would require even a small challenge.
