Judging by comparing raw numbers is not an accurate comparison. Some countries will always be more than ours, like Japan. Some will always be less, like Libya....losers. LOL. 

I will admit that I am not correct either. I said what I said out of frustration, because Vegas has not seen a change. Or if there is one, it certainly isn't obvious. As of now, we know that America's decrease in price is 1.17%. However, they don't have an accurate global account yet. So neither of us know for sure.
