Lil Bitch, this thread is not about Texas.  It is about the Va redistricting STATE constitution amendment.  You are more e than welcome to start a thread Lil Bitch.

Oh, by the way, there s a bill being floated to congress to return Alexandria and Arlington, two northern cities in VA, back to DC.  

Until 1846 both cities were part of DC and given to VA,  There was not Constitutional provision to do so.
