They are LOSING $500 million per day, and have a couple days before the will HAVE to shut down ALL oil pumping (because of the Blockade and no place to put it)... AND THAT could jeopardize Iran's entire oil industry because it (stopping pumping) changes the physical and chemical conditions inside the oil well in ways that damage it ! SO, Delay, is THEY ENEMY !!
BUT, as for US? ...All we have to WAIT, and see what THEY want to do !!
