HOW can Democrats REALLY believe in Democracy... when they go OUT OF THEIR WAY to SUBVERT the Voting System ??

It's JUST that Democrats have already gerrymandered MULTIPLE states to maximize their power... CA, IL, NJ, & others... and republicans are only NOW fighting back... SO, it was NEVER a problem BEFORE, BUT, it IS NOW?
