If our boats got hit, would we know? People seem to think it can't be covered up.
It can;t be too hard to swarm quiet underwater submersibles and hit hulls from below. I would not be surprised if we see some kind of cheap Ukrainian quick thinking device that will be used.. And I wouldn't be surprsed if we ended up zapping a whole bunch of people on boats that we didn't mean to with the discumbubbyalater.
