Hey Army Vets, we have a looney, self described, military expert claiming the CIB is a participation trophy.

In the context of the CIB blanket orders do not mean it is unit award given to every swinging dick whether or not they engaged in combat.
And yes, until it sinks in I will presume to tell you how they work.
PS. As shown above NO UNIT has ever won the CIB.
