You're right...

As long as they never leave their room.

The minute they do, they are a potential threat to my life and I'm gonna stand my ground.....at a distance of up to 1500 meters, depending on the wind.
 

 

It is hard enough to convince the Judge you are under imminent death or great bodily harm from someone 25 meters away, never mind 1500 meters (4900 Ft)  away who is unarmed, dummy.
