Get back to me when you learn about the law. Like your CIB debacle you are delving into things you have NO knowledge of. Here are some nuggets explaining NH Stand your Ground
- Justified Deadly Force: You may use deadly force if you reasonably believe it is necessary to defend yourself or another against:
- Imminent use of deadly force.
- Burglary or home invasion.
- Kidnapping or forced sexual assault.
- Limitations: You cannot be the initial aggressor, and you cannot have consented to a mutual fight.
- Castle Doctrine: Known as the "castle doctrine," this protection is strongest in your home, where you are legally justified to use deadly force against intruders
At 1500 meters YOU are not under imminent threat of deadly force from an unarmed individual, burglary or home invasion or kidnapping or forced sexual assault. You would become the aggressor if you had the talent to hit someone that far out. You don't.
The last person on Earth to whom I would go for legal advice.
It is a good thing you don't own firearms and can't find your shot gun because YOU are the last person in the world to go to concerning firearm safety, function and self defense laws.
What I posted I 100 percent accurate. If you are saying I am incorrect, Lil Puss, make your case.
