The 2nd Circuit rejected his request for an en banc hearing, after rejecting his appeal.
Now he wants to run to SCOTUS...Carroll doesn't mind as long as he puts up more cash.
So when the SCOTUD overturns the verdict of a CORRUPT JUDGE, will you bow down and worship at my feet??
