Personally, I think random citizens are sorely needed in our political entrenchment.
Even AOC (whom I dislike and see as a complete dummy) does help shake things up and make people take stock of what's going on. She's as good as a game show host or a Wrestlemania icon, I suppose.
Establishment politicians will keep coming (lawyers, corporate bigshots, etc).
There'll never be a shortage of those types.
But, non-politicians (even goofballs) need to pepper the mix too.
Trump's doing fine. In spite of the hyperbole.
