I mean he is always throwing tantrums. That is nothing new. However, this morning seems to be beyond most of his meltdowns. I can hear him screaming through the ether. He sounds like a pissed off hyena on meth. What is going on with him? Does he need intervention?

I have to agree with you there.  He is suffering.  Maybe he has realized that he really did not amount to anything in life, ending up having to live in a shared wall condo, driving POS used cars, and has no friends or a woman.
