hmmmm... so NYC has imposed YEARS of rent control on private property owners, make it IMPOSSIBLE for the property owners to fix and upgrade the properties in the most expensive city in America... AND THEN, CONFISCATE the property for a lack of Maintenance?

WHAT IS THIS... if not RAW COMMUNIST TOTALITARIANISM ? I think what we can expect is YEARS of Legal battles (which if the courts are honest they will lose), NOT TO MENTION even MORE NY and NYC Government FRAUD, WASTE, and ABUSE !!

I give NYC 5-10 years and it will be a TOTAL BASKET CASE !!
