A legit CPA should’ve told you this: state deductions aren’t itemizing. Itemizing is federal. So, if you itemized and still paid zero, that means your federal taxable income dropped low enough that the IRS didn’t bill you. You need a legit CPA. Your wife is one uneducated ignorant whore.
