YOU are a MORON... MANY of those NYC buildings are under RENT control... and have been under rent control for so long that they don't provide enough income to allow it to be properly maintained... NYC is quite probably one of the most EXPENSIVE cities in the world, and that includes MAINTENANCE. SO, NYC SOCIALISTS have CREATED the scenario where the property is NOT cost effective to maintain... AND THEN TAKE the property if it's NOT maintained?
YEP, that sounds like SOCIALIZM... and I SURE AM GLAD I don't live in NYC... ALSO, I have a feeling there are fewer and fewer people who WILL be willing to live there in the VERY NEAR future !
