It is banned based solely on appearance. DOesn't fire 223 or 556. It is a **** shotgun.
Bth of those weapons are capable of holding a 30 round magazine. Both are semiautomatic. Both fire the 223 or the 556. They are the same weapon. Yet one is legal and one is not. Can you tell us why?
