His plan failed.

Then he had another plan - get the rest of the world to help.

That failed.

Then he had another plan: Negotiate a deal that doesn't utterly humiliate America.

That failed.

So ya say the diaper dandy's NEXT plan is a goodun, huh? And we have the word of a moron?

I'm guessing his next plan sucks as much as his previous plans.

I think his REAL plan is to make another stinky in his diaper and blame the dog.
