Kelly’s video was political messaging, not a legal ruling. And a Facebook link doesn’t override executive immunity, statutory protections, or how unlawful orders are actually defined. And last but not least....As a Command Sergeant Major, I spent years living inside the UCMJ. I have enforced it, taught it, counseled Soldiers on it, sat in on investigations, advised commanders, and dealt with every Article from 15s to separations. Understanding the UCMJ isn’t optional at that level...it’s literally the backbone of the job. That’s kind of the whole point of having one (CSM). So yeah, I know and understand UCMJ. Kelly will get his day. He is a TRAITOR.
