It IS transformative...

Been seeing this guy doing reps, squatting 365 lbs....he's about 5' 7"...stocky but not chiseled....

standing right next to him at a station we start talking....he tells me that 7 years ago he was 80 lbs. heavier - described a gut hanging down to his knees - at the end of a **** marriage...

His equanimity is written all over his face...all smiles, all the time...

At least I can still run from a Turkey...  I was just as winded doing yard work.

Alochol and Retirement are not a good mix.  But man, I like escaping the **** reality of this shyt world.. Problem is the shyt world just comes back the next morning.  

Mind over Matter..  Evidently you can just think yourself healthy..
