No, asshole, 5 years later I feel has strong about it as I did the day of.  As one who was stationed in the DC area I was part of contingency plans if trouble went down during joint sessions of congress when most of the countries high ranking leadership was in the building. 

I was surprised those scaling the walls were not shot.
