This is where you missed my point. When you served for 26 years, I can safely assume that was for the United States of America, not just for one state. All 50. Our governors and other elected leaders have nothing to do with the gas prices. They are not in control of that.
Desantis has nothing to do with why Florida's gas is less expensive. Florida is cheaper for two reasons:
1. Florida is closer to Gulf Coast supply. Gulf Coast prices are usually lowest because of refinery access. Your elected officials have nothing to do with that.
2. Gas has to be moved by pipeline, ship, truck, or rail. Florida can receive fuel from Gulf Coast refineries and marine terminals.
Location...Location...Location is why your state has cheaper fuel. Not because you got what you voted for.
Good point on the location stuff. So, BV claiming TRUMP is solely responsible gas is not true?
So, let's recap the Ignorance here...shall we.
BV posted...Only the zealously stupid, like zeet and a few other local dim lights, believe that 1.87 has any meaning beyond the symbolic.
Supply/Demand stooges who believe POTUS can control oil prices.........
Then he posted....
Grifty was the entire reason gas went to 4.50 this year.
