The most they could ever create are 10 warheads capable of barely reaching 1500 miles. It takes 4500 miles to reach our closest shoreline. Plus they would have to launch over Russia. Like Putin would really go for that. The only country that is in danger is Israel. All 10 of those warheads, if they can even make them, could easily hit Israel. Tough ****. Israel needs to lay in the bed they made.
