When you hear of a multi billion dollar corporation or a billionaire not paying taxes, what do you think? I can't recall all the details, but they will buy yachts and original artwork because it allows a tax shelter of some sort. Many fortune 500 companies can get away with paying $0.00 in federal tax. They have good accountants and are able to get their fed tax to 0. Amazon and Walmart are especially proficient at that.
