Both ways would require some rather complex maneuvering to go unnoticed by your average "airplane guys".
By that I mean fuelers, baggage handlers, mechanics, pilots, etc.
Then you got the poison manufacturers, truckers, sprayer producers, airplane factories.
All this to get commercial jets to do the "dirty work" in the skies.
Why not use whatever sent refrigerant as high as the ozone layer as a delivery system?
