The agreement give the US the following: 

1. Antebellum status quo for the strait of hormuz - something we already had before the war. But there seems to be a proviso - it appears that Iran and Oman and possibly others will, within a short period after the end of hostilities, begin charging passage through the strait. So - a bit less than what we had before Iran defeated us. 

2. IAEA Inspections on the same order as the OBama agreement that Trump withdrew from. 

3. The guaranteed sissolution in situ or removal of Iran's weapons grade uranium.

That's it. That's what we get.

Now let's look at what the Mullahs get.

1. The US agrees to cease and desist internal manipulations of Iran's politics - no more espionage aimed at coups and regime change.

2. 300 Billion dollars from the aggressor nations in reparations - which the MOU discreetly refers to as a "reconstruction and economic development fund." Reparations, my ******. 

3. The immediate cessation of ALL sanctions upon signing, including sanctions issued by the IAEA, UN, and US. 

4. Iran is back in the SWIFT system, able to trade in US dollars without having them "frozen." It's oil will be on the global market immediately, with no financial, military or political sanctions against Iran's free trade.

5. The immediate unfreezing of all Iranian assets.

6. Trump has to make bibi stop bombing Lebanon.

7. The immediate removal of the US blockade.

8. After 60 days of no-fee passage through the strait, Iran and Oman are free to consult on a scheme to charge a fee for all cargo passing through the strait - something Iran did not have before it was aggressed. 

9. Talks will be held and agreements made between the US and Iran for the enriching of some uranium beyond the 20% mark at which it is considered "highly enriched" based on Iran's legitimate need for this uranium in civilian uses. The current stockpile at 60% purity is NOT WEAPONS GRADE, but it will be blended down. During the blending down, agreements will be arrived at regarding how much enriched uranium Iran needs and why.
