On what laughable pretext would the US or the UN tell a sovereign nation it is not to develop missile technology?

Speak as if to a child. Help me understand.

Let me add a caveat. No sex-talk. When I say speak as if to a child, I don't mean how YOU would speak to a child. I mean how a normal, decent, Christian person would speak to a child: with simplicity and patience.

Well,  either something is happening that the youtube controls are trying to hide, or it is sick of reflecting on the smoke on the water.

I am getting fed some of the wierdest shyt ever..    One hot chick offers her experience on Virgin's Sex cruises.
