If BEFORE he PG's your post, a thread owner RESPONDS to it, then all he has done is tighten his thread. Everyone can read the post that he responded to, even though the post that he responded to is in the peanut gallery.
If he puts it there without responding, that is trashing your post. If he puts it in there AFTER, everyone on the board can see what you said.
