Self evident time one's brain 9s navigating around everything beyond its flesh including family, friends, people never met, allies and enemies staying true to their beliefs has to be more than adapting equally alive now.
It never was larger than individually adapting in space now. Series parallel evolving since ancestrally positioned in current events. Outcomes are total sum of everyone living forward by heart beats and choices keeping promises every generation added with incoming reproductions never the same as previous combined.
