A MAGA personality was arrested at President Donald Trump'sGreat American State Fair last week after witnesses say they saw him masturbating to an acrobatics act while clad in an Uncle Sam getup.
Gian Rachtelli, a right-wing livestreamer who goes by "Manny" online, was charged with "lewd, indecent, or obscene acts" after being apprehended at the problem-plagued patriotic spectacle in Washington, D.C., last Thursday.
