The sign at the Gas Station said 3.09$ when we went by..  An hour later I was running into town at a half a tank and said I should fill up.  The sign was at $3.69

It is baffling how the OILgharcs are keeping the cost down.  Or are people just not going anywhere?  The Grate State Fail is a prime example of a slow economy.
