On the other hand, I see nothing wrong with using family connections to place friends and family in good paying jobs as long as they are qualified or trainable.
My Nephew got hired onto an electrical company and doing remote work. A year in and he's wondering how long he has to do the **** jobs, his Father replied, "as long as it takes!"
